As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as delightful and stress-free as possible. To help you plan your Christmas and New Year celebrations, we have set the following order cut-off times:

For delivery by Christmas and New Year, please place your orders no later than December 4th, 2023, by 11:59 AM (local time).

Orders received after the deadline will be processed promptly, and while we can’t guarantee a timely delivery, we will do everything in our power to make sure every customer is happy.

• Please take into account the above cut-off period if you haven’t placed an order yet. We would be very appreciative if you want still place an order and have it delivered after Christmas and New Year’s.
• If you would like to cancel your order after making a purchase. Please email info@armymerch.shop to reach out to us. We will investigate the order’s status and, if feasible, issue a refund.
• Do not file a dispute with the payment unit. You may not receive your money back for several months while processing. Incredibly annoying for both of us, and we’ll do our best to provide the finest support possible for your order.
• Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery delays. However, our movers will do all in their power to get it to you. However, due to weather fluctuations and high demand for deliveries during this time of year, these dates cannot be fully guaranteed.
