We currently solely offer our services to Vietnam and the United States. Here is our policy to these two nations.

DELIVERY

You will receive an email from info@armymerch.shop when your order has been confirmed.

Delivery location: At the customer’s address

Cut-off time: 7:00 pm (GMT -7)

Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

Business day: Monday to Friday

In the USA

  • Procesing time: 1-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping time: 10-15 business days (Monday to Friday).

In Vietnam

  • Procesing time: 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping time: 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

At the moment, we are unable to ship to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in the same order.

Shipping Delays

If you still have not received your purchase after 30 days, please notify info@armymerch.shop

If the shipping tracking code status is complete but you have not received your order, first please check around your house as it may be hidden somewhere. If it is still not helping you, please contact the shipping company we included in the status shipping email notification. If this still does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team at info@armymerch.shop.

What happens if i typed my address in wrong?

If you catch the mistake before you receive the shipping notification email, send us an email and we’ll do our best to get it changed for you! If you don’t catch the mistake before we ship the package, there is no way for us to change it. If you are having mail forwarded to a new address, please don’t send the order to the old address. The packages are not guaranteed to be forwarded.

TAXES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping: To bring the best products to customers. All of our products will be manufactured and dispatched from our main factory in China

Shipping fee:

  • In the USA: $9.05
  • In Vietnam: Free shipping

Taxes: 

  • In the USA: Taxes fee is 6% (Include shipping rates in the tax calculation). We will remit this tax to the US government
  • In Vietnam: We do not charge any taxes
