We currently solely offer our services to Vietnam and the United States. Here is our policy to these two nations.
RETURN POLICY (We accept return)
1. Returns and refunds are accepted in the cases below.
If an item arrives in any of the following conditions, we will do our best to help you return your order:
- The quilt or bedding set arrives damaged.
- Not the right type, wrong size model as you ordered.
- Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
- Wrong description on product specification website at Armymerch.shop
Condition of the product when returned.
The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Noticeably, returned item(s) must NOT meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) have been worn or washed
- The item(s) have been modified in any way,
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original, unless the condition is our fault
2. Time frame can be returned after the order has been delivered.
- Our policy was in effect for 30 days after the delivery process was completed. However, if you buy during Christmas or New Year (December 24, 2024 to January 1, 2025), it is 35 days from the delivery
- After this time the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made.
3. Return cost
Currency applied for this policy
- We adopt and use USD (US Dollar) currency for this form
- We do not charge any restock fees
- For defective products (This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise), there will be no charge for the customer to return the item.
- In case the customer is not satisfied (this happens when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore), the customer will bear the actual cost of shipping the goods returned.
4. Return method
Customers can return products to us via email
To return a product via email, customers need to send an email to us at info@armymerch.shop, providing the following information:
- Order ID
- Number of products to return.
- Reason for returning the product.
- In addition, customers can attach a photo of the product to be returned for us to easily verify.
We will confirm your return request and instruct you on how to return the product.
Below are the general steps to return our products:
- Customers contact us to request a product return.
- We confirm the customer’s return request.
- The customer packages and sends the product back to us at No. 243A De La Thanh Street, Lang Thuong, Dong Da, Hanoi 100000, Vietnam (Contact the email in advance to make an appointment) with the recipient’s name: Armymerchshop Return.
- We receive returned products.
- We inspect returned products and provide a return label via email. Customers need to download and print it.
- We exchange or refund customers.
Depending on the circumstances, additional instructions will be provided.
If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your refund and return request, no refunds will be issued.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns. There will be no refund issued to you if we don’t receive the return package. As a result, please send the tracking number from the carrier you used to return the item(s) to info@armymerch.shop in a separate email.
Can I switch my order?
Yes. You can change your order information within 24 hours after placing your order. You can contact us as soon as you want to change your information, we will try to assist you if possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled. However, you can only cancel your order on the same day if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
REFUND POLICY
1. Refund requirements:
In the following circumstances, we will issue refunds to customers:
- The product arrives damaged.
- Not the right type, model as you ordered.
- Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
- Wrong description on product specification website at Armymerch.shop
2. Refund procedure:
We will issue a refund via the original payment method. Specifically, we will refund you via Paypal
3. When to provide a refund
After we verify that the goods have been returned and meet the aforementioned requirements, we will start processing refunds within 2-3 business days. Customers will receive email notifications from us.
4. When will the customer be refunded?
Depending on the type of bank, it may take longer or shorter for you to receive the entire wire transfer of funds. From the time we make the transfer back to the consumer, this will typically occur within 14 days.
If after 14 days after receiving the email we confirm the transfer to you, you have not received your money, please contact us via email info@armymerch.shop. We will assist you to check and reconcile with your Paypal or bank if there is any problem.
5. How much money will you get refunded?
If the error is ours and you are cleared for a refund, we will refund the full amount of your order.
